Icedustaway.com is powered by Photocat . With this website we offer our customers a quick and easy way to order CMA ICE & DUST-AWAY. This webshop is only intended for companies, associations and public institutions. Please note that all prices in the webshop are excl. 25% VAT and transport.

Payment

Photocat accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are exclusive of VAT.

Photocat uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Prices

All webshop prices are exclusive of VAT and other taxes.

Discount scheme

An individual discount scheme can be agreed upon.
Contact us for orders over 5 tons.

Delivery

We deliver on all weekdays, with orders placed before 12:00.

You can choose to pick up the item at our warehouse in Roskilde.

Right of complaint

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Photocat will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased at icedustway.com.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.

The notification must be given by email to info@alumichem.com. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
